Poha Chivda recipe

Ingredients
- Poha (200gms)
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 1 green Chilli (Slitted)
- Raisins (20gms)
- Curry leaves
- Groundnuts (30gms)
- Roasted channa dal (30 gms)
- Dry coconut pieces (10 gms)
- 1 Tbs Turmeric powder
- 2 Tbs Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 Tbs cumin seeds
- 1/2 Tbs Mustard seeds
- 1/2 Tbs channa dal
- 1 Tbs Salt (Adjust as per your taste)
- 2 Tbs Oil
Instructions
- Take a pan and add 2 Tbs of oil and add cumin, mastered and channa dal. Make Sure not to over fry them.
- Add onions, slitted chilli, coconut pieces, groundnuts and roasted channa dal and fry well till you get the essence of ingredients.
- Add raisins and curry leaves and mix well for 4 mins in low flame.
- Now add Poha or Chivda and mix nicely.
- Add 2 tbs of powdered sugar and 1tbsof salt (adjust as per your taste) and mix well.
- Add 1tsb of salt, 1/2 tbs of turmeric powder and 2 tbs of powdered sugar and mix well until poha turns golden yellow colour.
Notes
- Always stove should be in low flame till the completion of this recipe.
- According to your taste adjust powdered sugar and salt.
