- baby potatoes(10)
- corn flour(3 tsp)
- Maida(1 tsp)
- Mayonnaise
- Tomato sauce
- Salt (1/4 tsp)
- Oregano
- Red chilli powder (1 tsp)
- Milk
Instructions
- Take 10 baby potatoes and nicely wash them.
- Take a pressure cooker, now transfer the baby potatoes. Add water till it completely covers the baby potatoes and Adjusts the flame to low and wait till 2 whistles.
3. Once the baby potatoes are cooked softly and cool them completely.
4. Take a bowl and add mayonnaise, Tomato sauce, Salt, Oregano, Red chilli powder and mix well.
Now add little milk and mix well nicely.
5. Once the baby potatoes are cooled, press them softly.
6. Take a bowl to add cornflour, maida, water (50 ml). Mix well and now add the baby potatoes and adjust the coating nicely.
7. In a shallow pan, heat the oil in low flame. Shallow fry the coated baby potatoes till they turn a crispy and golden brown colour. you can deep fry as well.
8. Once the potatoes are crispy and brow. take them to a plate.
9. now add the sauce that you prepared on top of it and, onions and coriander leaves.
