Ingredients 

  • 1 Cups of  Peanuts
  • 3/4th Cup of Jaggery
  • 2 Tablespoon of Water


Steps for making Peanut Chikki :
  • Take one cup of Peanuts and roast the Peanuts until the light brown colour.
  • Cool the Roasted Peanuts and break them half.
  • Take a pan and add the Jaggery with two tablespoons of water 
  • Once Jaggery melts to make a filter
  • Stir continuously filtered Jaggery Syrup until it turns to thickened.
  • Add the Roasted Peanuts and Mix well.
  • Transfer into the plate and cut the Peanuts Into square pieces.
