Peanut Chikki

Ingredients
- 1 Cups of Peanuts
- 3/4th Cup of Jaggery
- 2 Tablespoon of Water
- Take one cup of Peanuts and roast the Peanuts until the light brown colour.
- Cool the Roasted Peanuts and break them half.
- Take a pan and add the Jaggery with two tablespoons of water
- Once Jaggery melts to make a filter
- Stir continuously filtered Jaggery Syrup until it turns to thickened.
- Add the Roasted Peanuts and Mix well.
- Transfer into the plate and cut the Peanuts Into square pieces.
