Ingredients
- 250 gms Bitter gourd
- 5 to 6 Garlic cloves
- Half tbsp Coriander seeds
- 2 tbsp Grated dry coconut
- 3 tbsp Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder
- Curry leaves
- Oil to de fry
Steps for making Garlic Karam :
- Add 5 to 6 Garlic cloves, 1/2 tbsp Coriander seeds,2 tbsp Grated dry coconut, 3 tbsp Salt to taste, Red chilli powder Curry leaves
- Add into mixer grinder and make a powder.
Steps to Kakarakaya Fry:
- Peel 250 gms of Bitter gourd.
- And cut them into circular pieces.
- Take a bowl to add Oil to de-fry
- Add the Circular Bitter gourd pieces into the oil .
- Add half tbsp salt and fry.
- Fry till they become light brown colour on medium flame.
- Add half tbsp of mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilli -2 make a fry in medium flame.
- Finally, add the Garlic Karam into the oil fry for 3 min then add the bitter gourds.
