Capsicum Fry

Ingredients
- Capsicum half kg
- Onions one
- Turmeric half tbsp
- Garlic and Ginger paste half tbsp
- Dry coconut powder
- Two tbsp chana dal
- Half cup Pulses
- 4 Dry Red chills
- 4 tbsp of Oil
- Half cup Groundnuts
- Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Steps for making Powder :
- Heat the pan and fry half cup of Groundnuts.
- Fry till it changes colour slightly and move it into a different bowl.
- Add dried chills and fry till it changes colour.
- Take a mixer grinder to add fried red chills, fried groundnuts, pulses, dry coconut powder and make powder.
Steps Capsicum Fry:
- In a bowl, heat the 4 tbsp of oil . add the capsicum pieces and onions.
- Add the capsicum pieces, onions and fry.
- Stir and close the lid.
- Stir the capsicum and fry till capsicum pieces cook completely.
- Add half tbsp turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add half tbsp of salt or salt to taste and mix.
- After 2 min add the prepared powder as much as you like and mix well.
- Add Coriander leaves and cook on low flame for 5 mins.
