Ingredients 

  • Capsicum half kg 
  • Onions one 
  • Turmeric half tbsp
  • Garlic and Ginger paste half tbsp 
  • Dry coconut powder 
  • Two tbsp chana dal
  • Half cup Pulses
  • 4 Dry Red chills
  • 4 tbsp of Oil 
  • Half cup Groundnuts 
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste

Steps for making Powder :

  • Heat the pan and fry half cup of Groundnuts.
  • Fry till it changes colour slightly and move it into a different bowl.
  • Add dried chills and fry till it changes colour. 
  • Take a mixer grinder to add fried red chills, fried groundnuts, pulses, dry coconut powder and make powder.

Steps Capsicum Fry:

  • In a bowl, heat the 4 tbsp of oil . add the capsicum pieces and onions. 
  • Add the capsicum pieces, onions and fry. 
  • Stir and close the lid.
  • Stir the capsicum and fry till capsicum pieces cook completely.
  • Add half tbsp turmeric powder and mix well.
  • Add half tbsp of salt or salt to taste and mix.
  • After 2 min add the prepared powder as much as you like and mix well.
  •  Add Coriander leaves and cook on low flame for 5 mins.
