Ingredients 

  • Take 400 gms Tender Bitter gourd
  • 250 gms onions 
  • 2 tbsp red Chilli powder
  • 6 to 8 Garlic 
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  •  1 tbsp Turmeric
  • Cumin seeds
  • Oil to de-fry

Steps for making Onion Paste :

  • Cut 250 gms of Onions into 4 pieces 
  • Take mixer Grinder to add onion pieces,2 tbsp of red chilli powder, cumin seeds, 1 tbs of salt,6 to 8 Garlic.
  • Make a fine paste.


Steps Bitter gourd onion fry:

  • Take Tender Bitter gourd cut into two parts.
  • Discard the seeds inside the bitter gourd and take one tbsp of Turmeric, salt and coat well Rest 30 mins.
  • After 30 mins Squeeze the water from bitter gourd.
  • Take oil to de fry.
  • Stuff Onion paste into the bitter gourd.
  • Stuffed bitter gourd should fry, add remaining Onion paste 
  • Saute gently and fry on medium flame.
  • For perfect fry requires 20 mins time.
  • Take time and fry well.
