Make a fine paste. Steps Bitter gourd onion fry: Take Tender Bitter gourd cut into two parts. Discard the seeds inside the bitter gourd and take one tbsp of Turmeric, salt and coat well Rest 30 mins. After 30 mins Squeeze the water from bitter gourd. Take oil to de fry. Stuff Onion paste into the bitter gourd. Stuffed bitter gourd should fry, add remaining Onion paste Saute gently and fry on medium flame. For perfect fry requires 20 mins time. Take time and fry well.
