Gobi Manchurian recipe | How to make cauliflower Manchurian

Ingredients 

  • 400 gms Cauliflower
  • 2 Cup Corn Flour
  • 2   Spoons Maida
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 5 to 6 chopped Garlic 
  • Oil to deep fry
  • 2 finely chopped green chillies 
  • 2 finely chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger paste 
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon light soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chilli paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Black pepper powder
  • Finely chop some curry leaves
  • Coriander Leaves 
  • Salt to taste


Ingredients (Tomato Sauce)

  • 250 gm Tomato's
  • 4 spoons sugar
  • 1 spoon salt
  • 2 spoons red chilli powder

Steps for making Tomato Sauce :

  • Cut one tomato into 4 pieces and put some water in pressure and tomatoes. after 3 cooker whistles sounds, take tomato's and cool them.
  • After cooling the tomatoes add them to mix and make tomato puree.
  • Take a pan and then pour tomato puree and stir it for 3 mins and then add sugar, salt and red chilli powder. stir continuously till the puree becomes inconsistency state. 
  • Once the puree becomes consistent off the gas and cools it down.

    Steps for Gobi Manchurian:

    • In a bowl, add water and boil
    • Add 400 gms Cauliflower cook 70 per cent in the high flame then transfer into cold water.
    • In a bowl add drained cauliflower, maida, cornflower, 2 tablespoons of water(if required) and coat well. 
    • Now add oil to deep fry and once the oil heated drop one by one fry until crispy/light golden colour on medium flame.
    • Once perfect light golden colour occurs transfer into a bowl.
    • Add two tablespoons of oil, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped green chillies, chopped onions and chopped ginger fry until golden colour on high flame.
    • Add 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup,1 tablespoon soya sauce, 1 tablespoon chilli paste mix well fry on high flame, add 50 ml of water.
    • Let the oil float then add salt, 1/2 tablespoon black pepper and mix well.
    • Add fried cauliflower and toss and coat the sauces well on high flame.
    • Finally, add some curry leaves.
