                   Groundnut Chutney Recipe

Ingredients 

  • One cup Groundnuts 
  • Three green chillies
  • Five to six Garlic cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Water 

Steps for making Palli chutney:

1. Heat the pan and fry half cup of Groundnuts in medium flame (six minutes).
2. Cool the groundnuts then take a mixer grinder and add fried Groundnuts. Now grind the groundnuts till it becomes powder.          

3. Now transfer groundnut powder into a bowl. 
4. Take three Green chillies and five to six garlic cloves.         

5. Add Green chillies and garlic cloves into a mixer grinder.  Grind till it becomes the fine paste.
   
                                                                       
 6. Add groundnut powder into the paste.
7. Add a half tablespoon of salt ( adjust the salt as per your taste). 
8. Add a small cup of water (80ml). And grind the mixer till it becomes a soft paste.
