Ingredients 

  • 1 Cup Rava(Semolina)
  • 1/4th Cup Maida
  • Oil to deep fry
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup Mint leaves(Tightly Packed)
  • 1/4th cup Coriander leaves
  • 2 Green chills
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 1/4th Cup Thick Tamarind Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Chat Malasa
  • 1/4th Tbsp Black Salt
  • 3/4th Cumin Powder
  • 1/4th Tbsp Pepper Powder
  • 2 Boiled Potatoes
  • 1/4th Cup Boiled Chana
  • 1 Tbsp Red chilli powder


Steps for making  Puri :

  • Take a Bowl to add 1 Cup Rava,1/4th cup Maida,1/2 tbsp Salt and mix well.
  • Add  Hot Water little by little.mix well and make Dough.
  • knead Dough well 5 mins make a soft (stiff)dough. 
  • Cover with Moist Cloth and rest 25 mins.
  • Knead dough 2 mins divide dough- 2 parts and make rounds.
  • Dust with dry flour roll thin takes small round cup cut - puri shape.
  • Heat the oil in medium flame place the puri into the oil.
  • Press Puri gently to puff up until golden brown colour on  2 sides.

Steps for making Pani:

  • Take mixer grinder to add 1/2 Cup Mint leaves,1/4th Cup coriander leaves,2 green chillies,1/2 inch ginger,1/4th cup thick tamarind juice, add some water and blend smooth.
  • Make a filter add 2 cups of water,1 tbsp Chat masala,1/4th tbsp black salt, 3/4th tbsp Cumin powder,1/4th tbsp pepper powder, salt to taste and mix well.
  • Check spices and adjust if need.

Steps for making  Stuffing Masala:

    1. Take 2 Boiled Potatoes,1/4th Cup boiled Chana.
   2. Add 1 tbsp red chilli powder,1/2 tbsp Chat masala,1/2 tbsp Cumin powder,1 tbsp              
Coriander powder,1/4 tbsp Black salt,1/4 tbsp Regular salt and mix well.
